Texas

A few weeks ago, Ev and I ventured out on our own to the Lone Star State! My parents had already been in Austin for almost a week when we go there to visit Rach, Justin, and their adorable boys. I LOVE my nephews.

Here is Hunter being "Mark" who manages this store and Judah just being wonderful Judah!
The boys and Evie hadn't seen each other since Christmas and Evie was only 11 months old then, not walking, and not nearly as fun as she is now! Although Judah loved her then, nothing compares to the love that these 2 had for each other now.

Evie LOVED being around her cousins!

I would wake up in the morning to things like:
"I love my Evie." - Judah
and
"Today I will teach Evie how to say and spell my name." - Hunter
and
the sound of all 3 of them playing in the pack n play where Evie slept!

The boys were so sweet with her, too. Ev gets to be a bit of a nervous nelly sometimes, but Hunter made sure that she made her way safely to the sprinkler!

And the boys taught her how to play ring around the rosie!

Someone asked me, when we got home, what my favorite thing was that we did in Texas...
I had to say that it wasn't a thing, but seeing these 3 play and interact together was by far the most enjoyable part of the journey!

Of course, another MAJOR benefit was seeing my parents! It was so good to spend some time with them and see them have all 3 (4 if you count baby!) grandkids together!

We tried to get some pictures of the 5 of them but it was such a windy day...I think this is great though! So natural!

I could go on and on with more and more pictures of the great weekend we had, but, you get the idea :)
