10 Weeks

To mark the beginning of week 10, Andrew and I decided to skip the beach this week and instead enjoy another favorite CA past time....hiking!  Now, moms, don't worry...this was  a very low key, non-strenuous hike that we have done many times, so I knew what I was up for!  We didn't hit the trail until around 6 PM - allowing the sun to set a bit and cool off a little and then we took it pretty slow.  The trail is about 2.5 miles one way and goes up to some old ruins of an old fancy hotel that used to be this elite get away in Los Angeles...its really cool and we really enjoy this hike.  It only took about an hour to get to the top and then we hung out for a bit before beginning the descent!  It was a lovely evening!  I don't think the belly looks much different yet...maybe a little pouch beginning to form, but I think its from more snacking!  All of my clothes still fit just fine.  We also had a fun phone call with some of the relatives on the Schlosser side while they were having a picnic...we just couldn't wait any longer and had to spill the beans to gma, David and Mary!  It's getting harder and harder to keep this little bundle a secret as we get more and more excited about it!  To see more pictures from Family Wright, check out our new Flickr page, too!
