One of the most fun things about this pregnancy has been the ability to share it with some dear friends! There are several friends here in CA who have gone through the whole motherhood thing before, and they have been fabulous resources. On top of that, two of my close friends are walking this pregnancy journey at the same time that I am! Kim is due about 8 weeks after us - at the end of March and Katie is just a few weeks after that, due in the middle of April. We have had a lot of fun swapping clothes and stories along the way and things, especially new and scary things, are always better when shared with others. It is always easier to laugh about the weird things that happen to you, too, when someone else is going through, or has gone through, the same thing! I have been so thankful for their companionship and the advice and support of other friends throughout these past 9ish months. I appreciate and thank them all in advance, as well, for the support that I know they will be during these next few weeks of transitioning from pregnancy into motherhood. Each one of these girls (K, LB, K, A - to name a few) out here is very dear to my heart and is a blessing to me - more then any of them can know :)
