Easter is, and should be, the most important day of the year and the biggest celebration for us, as Christians. We have hope because of what happened on this day! I am brought to tears every Easter as I reflect on what Jesus did for us and the miracle of His resurrection. I can face the trials of today and the struggles of life knowing that He lives!
This was Evie's first Easter and it was a beautiful day of celebrating with our dear, CA family. I love hosting Easter and decorating with the bright spring colors and flowers - it is such an exciting time of new life and growth and I love using God's natural decorations!
We had a fun egg hunt and the joy of the kids was so fulfilling. I am so thankful for the friends we have here and that they, and their children, are, and will continue to be, apart of Evie's life.
In a time of our life that has, seemingly, more uncertainties than not, I was renewed this Easter season...knowing that the Lord has triumphed over evil and His hand is working in our lives, too.
